Our automotive on-line powder coating plant has a capacity to powder coat 450 x galvanised steel four wheeled waste container of all sizes per day. As part of Wheelie Bin Directs capitol investment programme we commission the powder coating plant at a cost of £ 300,000.00 and the plant went operational in June 2006. We offer 6 standard colours but can colour match any unique colour within a range of 10,000 colours.

We have recently commissioned our own range of double skinned lids to cover the entire range of 1100 litre, 770 litre, and 660 litre, which can be manufactured in the following formats:- Standard Trade and the following recycling options are available:- Port Holes with brush apertures for glass and cans, and a secondary hinged flap lid for paper and cardboard recycling.

As part of our commitment to price quality and service and to enhance our supply chain we have ordered our own rotational moulding Oyster machine, and will be making our own range of lids in house from January 2008. This also represents a capital investment of £400,000.
